TG's Educators are building beautiful relationships with children

Updated: Oct 29

That happens from Day 1 when each child steps through the doors at TG's. The foundation of TG's success lies in the relationship Educators have with the children!

Hiring the most highly qualified Educators is key to the continual growth of TG’s Child Care. TG's also goes a step beyond by ensuring our Educators are given the opportunity to do and give their best in each child´s unique learning journey. At TG's we have fewer children to each Educator, ensuring we have a healthy Educator-Child ratio. We provide the optimum educating environment where Educators receive full support and can truly shine at what they do.

Full Focus

Educators have the capacity, time and energy to properly focus on each individual child´s needs. They tailor activities to truly engage their interests. Educators appreciate being able to do their job to the best of their abilities when the environment is also supportive, and it helps them fully realise each child´s potential and grow their gifts.

Personalising the Learning Experience

Educators know each child not just by name but also their experiences, preferences, milestones and development. Even a simple piece of information like noticing a child who has a keen interest in a worm in the garden and asking, ´How is the little brown worm this morning, Maddy?´ means a lot to the child. It sends the message that the Educator is genuinely interested in their lives and experiences.

Being Heard

At TG's, children feel safe and comfortable speaking up, asking questions and requesting for their needs to be met. It is a loving and nurturing environment where they are heard. Educators are able to take the time to give each child full attention.

Keen Observation

With the opportunity to observe each child´s development better and more closely, Educators can more accurately share with families their children´s experiences at TG´s and it is this shared knowledge that is a key part of TG´s values. Educators work closely with families in their children´s learning journeys and families appreciate it when Educators share their children´s development and milestones with them.

TG's children love coming to TG's every day because they love seeing their friends and they also fully trust and love the Educators who are taking them under their warm wings. The relationships children forge at TG's is setting the foundation for their future relationships with their communities and the world.
